An event ticket industry veteran and e-commerce pioneer, Mike started what became Coast To Coast Tickets as a college freshman. While satisfying more than a million fans, Coast To Coast Tickets developed into a market leader and three-time Inc. 500 honoree before being acquired. Mike lives with his family in Boulder, Colorado where he can often be found on mountain trails running distances up to 100 miles without sleeping.

Ha Nguyen McNeill
COO of BSA
Ha McNeill is Chief Operating Officer for BSA | The Software Alliance, where she helps drive BSA’s strategic direction, including oversight of all revenue-generating functions. Previously, Ha was Chief of Staff at the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). She served as a key advisor to the Administrator of TSA and led the offices responsible for strategy, policy coordination, and innovation; public affairs; and legislative affairs. As Chief of Staff, Ha spearheaded the creation of corporate functions to drive TSA strategic planning, accelerate agency action, and instill a culture of innovation. She helped position TSA for better collaboration with transportation stakeholders by shaping legislative strategies and successfully evolving the agency’s authorities. Ha is a seasoned national and homeland security professional who has driven whole-of-government policies on topics including trade and intellectual property, supply chain and transportation security, commercial unmanned aerial systems, and research and development. She has advised cabinet-level officials and has served two tours at the White House, first in the Office of the Intellectual Property Enforcement Coordination and subsequently on the National Security Council. Ha has worked closely with international partners and global organizations to successfully advance joint security interests. Ha previously served as Vice President of Operations and Chief of Staff at BSA | The Software Alliance. Throughout her career, Ha has excelled in helping establish new offices and functions within large organizations, defining strategic priorities and leading efforts across multiple teams to drive progress in highly dynamic and fluid environments. Ha holds a master’s in public policy from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government, and bachelor’s degrees in international studies and music from the University of California, Irvine.

Lori is directly responsible for overseeing AGA operations. AGA was named one of the top 15 trade associations in the United States in the APCO Worldwide TradeMarks survey of over 300 leading policymakers and opinion leaders in Washington, D.C. Prior to her current responsibilities, Lori was integrally involved in AGA’s pipeline safety and environmental advocacy, including participating in the development of the EPA STAR program to encourage voluntary operations reductions in greenhouse gas emissions, serving on the executive steering team of the Department of Transportation’s distribution integrity management program, and participating in the launch of the Common Ground Alliance – a collaborative organization with the goal of reducing excavation damage of underground facilities.Before joining AGA, Lori worked as an offshore and onshore engineer for Arco Oil and Gas Co. in Texas and Louisiana. She holds a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from Purdue University and a B.S. degree in communications from Ithaca College.Lori currently serves on the National Energy Foundation and GTI Board and is AGA’s liaison for the Center for Energy Workforce Development.In her distinguished career Lori has received the American Public Gas Association Personal Service Award; she is a Rader Energy’s Key Women in Energy-Americas Leadership honoree; she received Purdue University’s Outstanding Mechanical Engineering Achievement Award and the National Association of State Fire Marshals Norman Y.
