A software engineer by background, Mike began his Cerner career in 1996, rolling out Cerner Millennium® solutions. During this time he built capabilities to help clients effectively implement and manage their technology infrastructure. During his time at Cerner, Mike has led the development of several new offerings, including Cerner ITWorksSM, a world-class remote hosting offering. He also spearheaded the Cerner ITWorksSM offering, which further aligns the company with clients to improve quality and lower costs. Under his leadership, Cerner’s $4.9 billion cumulative research and development investment has resulted in Cerner solutions having the highest code quality in company history, resulting in the most complete set of integrated capabilities in the health care industry. Mike is a graduate of Rockhurst University and has a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems.

Scott Brame
President and Chief Operating Officer of Radialogica
Scott is a co-founder of Radialogica and serves as President and Chief Operating Officer. He was formerly an Assistant Professor of Radiation Oncology at Washington University in St. Louis and Chief of Clinical Development. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Clinical Design and Research at CMS, Inc. with global responsibility for product management and roadmap planning, and was a Research Fellow at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Scott received his Ph.D. from the University of Tennessee and his MBA from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis.

Additional experience for Mr. Herzog includes leading teams to automate systems; integrating record, financial, document management and information systems. He has been recognized for his ability to create innovative approaches and strategies that deliver results through vision and building strong teams. Mr. Herzog earned a bachelor’s degree in business management and human relations from Mid-America Nazarene University.
