Scott Bookmyer (Hong Kong) is the Chief Operating Officer of KKR Asia. He oversees the core elements of KKR’s Asia business operations and various strategic initiatives. He serves on both the Asian Private Equity and China Growth Fund Investment Committees. Mr. Bookmyer is also the local Chairman of the Asia Portfolio Management Committee. In those capacities he actively engages with deal and management teams on due diligence and post investment support and monitoring. He originally joined KKR Capstone in 2002 and supported operational improvements in KKR’s North American and then Asian private equity portfolio. He was most recently Head of KKR Capstone Asia until his transition to KKR Asia in 2014. Prior to KKR, he worked in brand management at Procter & Gamble and was a management consultant for The Boston Consulting Group in the U.S. and Europe. DAI Jing, aged 48, is an executive Director and chief operation officer of the Company with effect from 18 May 2018. DAI Jing joined Success Holdings in August 2006 as manager of the legal department and was subsequently promoted to vice general manager of Success Guarantee in January 2007. She was promoted to senior vice general manager and general manager of Success Guarantee in January 2010 and April 2016, respectively. Prior to joining their Group. DAI Jing worked at the Bank of China from 1993 to 2005 for handling credit approval, credit management and asset protection. Her last position with the Bank of China was assistant manager of the asset protection department. DAI Jing also worked with the China Merchants Bank from 2005 to 2006 as a manager for handling bank management matters. DAI Jing was admitted as a lawyer in the PRC in September 1995. DAI Jing obtained a bachelor’s degree in law from Wuhan University in Hubei, the PRC in July 1993.
