MailPix, the photo-printing, canvas and gifting site, announced Peter Tahmin, COO, was recognized by Boardroom Media as one of the top 18 Chief Operating Officers in the photography industry.
The listed individuals were included because of exceptional performance in one of the following categories:

Prior to co-founding MailPix with Fred Lerner, Tahmin was the former vice president at Ritz Camera & Image and co-founder, senior vice president and COO of the Ritz Interactive e-commerce network, which included RitzCamera.com, WolfCamera.com, BoatersWorld.com and others.
He began his career at Berkey Marketing Companies, and later moved on to such companies as Ilford Photo and Colorfax. In 1993, Tahmin made the jump to Digix Imaging, an Eastman Kodak Co. subsidiary, as the director of digital services integration.
In 2015, he was presented with the “Unsung Hero Award” by the Photo Marketing Association International (PMAI), in recognition of his many contributions during his long photo industry career, during the Out of the Box Awards ceremony at the InnovationNow Photo Business and Technology Summit at the Parc 55 Hotel, San Francisco.
